Wine Cellar masters Paul Kalemkiarian and Ed Masciana review August's Vintner Series. Talmage, Pija Blend is a complex red wine. Doesn't show much age being only six years old. 2007 was a phenomenal year for vintages. This wine is so remarkable, it remains on your tongue after its finish. Would be great paired with some BBQ ribs or tri tip.
