Try pairing wine with chocolate...not a huge task unless the chocolate has Indian curry infused or pasilla chilis! How about smoked salt and bacon.....see what Paul Kalemkiarian paired with these and others.
Want to know what French Chardonnay should taste like? Here it is....oh, but this one isn't from France! That happens; we get a wine in here that has character from another part of the world...very cool.
